Project Resourcing & Recruitment

Although our philosophy is to work with clients to help them achieve their project management objectives with the minimum of interference, we recognise that there are times when, for a variety of reasons, an on-site or interim project manager can be the best way to deliver short-term improvements. This could involve managing project teams consisting of the client’s staff, our staff, external staff or a combination.

Our aim is to provide high value services to our clients whilst minimising the risks often associated with project-based work. This service is appropriate where organisations face new projects that can’t be resourced internally, either because it would interfere with their normal operations or they simply don’t have the available skills or experience. You may wish to procure from us the service of a consultant for a period of time or you may have a particular requirement that you would rather someone else deal with entirely.

We can manage and resource the project from the top down – making use of your own staff, our associates or a combination of both. Managing this team will be one of our project managers (associates) who will normally be responsible for the delivery of the project as well as the day-to-day interface with the client. Where appropriate, we may be able to negotiate fixed price solutions. Alternatively, where clients already have access to temporary staff e.g. an agency, we can help to produce the necessary job description and person specification and manage these on behalf of the client.
