We are pleased to report that Helen Sweet, an established expert in the field of Business Continuity and Risk Management has joined the Templar Consulting Associate scheme.

Selection and Recruitment

We provide IT staff recruitment on a contract, part-time or permanent basis. We are not like traditional agencies whose recruiters have little or no practical experience of what the job entails or how the market operates. Your staff recruitment will be personally handled to agreed specification and timescale by one of our associates with specialist sector or technical knowledge.

A specification will be produced describing the Person, the Job and the rate. Once this has been agreed, a search will take place from our 'cream of the industry' database to find the best candidates(s) for the role (these candidates will normally have been personally recommended via one of our associates or other trusted source). We will then submit the relevant details to the client before introducing the client to the candidate(s).

Using the expertise and knowledge of our associates has many obvious advantages to the client and takes away much of the guess work and risk associated with the recruitment process. This is especially true when dealing with short-term contractors or when recruiting a person with a skill set not currently in use by the client.
