Project Management Consultancy and Governance
To address the concerns of project sponsors and other stakeholders, we offer external project audit and assurance services including risk assessments and project health checks. These identify issues to do with the management of the project and determine the project's chances of success based on all available information. Where necessary, a recovery plan is proposed to bring the project back on track.
This service is designed to measure the extent to which a specific project or programme is meeting it's objectives. The audit focuses not simply on whether the project is on track in terms of time, performance and budget but also identifies areas for improvement. This is one way in which project sponsors can mitigate against the risk of project failure or gain an independent view of the likelihood of achieving a successful outcome.
Although this service should be used from the outset and right through the project lifecycle, it is often deployed to diagnose troubled projects and help put them back on track.
Used in conjunction with our other services such as project initiation workshops, end of stage assessments, gateway reviews etc we can provide the best chance of success for your project.
